He declared that we were "at war with terrorism". Like it or not this situation we find ourselves in is entirely unlike any war we have ever fought and therefore requires new and different/creative strategies. ie. the use of massive air power directed by overt and covert operations by very small self contained ground ops, political and financial pressure and sanctions and follow-up political stabilizing efforts. A huge credit to Bush for pulling together a cabinet of brilliant minds and for executing the plans. By any estimation it has been enormously successful. Just read Pervert Mysherriff's the Paki's speech yesterday. DOC
