Yes, he is "with us" here. When he reads a particularly bothersome message, he flys off the handle over at RB, though. Sort of like an ambassador bringing communities together. All of his sock puppets, however, have deserted him. So he makes his own. Last count on his RB aliases was around ~150, I think. A community in itself. And yes, they talk to each other. Not more than a couple at a time, though.
