I am sure it is tough. But seriously, my borker isn't counseling to sell CCs or hedge in any way or looking at other indicators or economic factors. I know this because I was the first guy who had an options strategy or who ever shorted with him. Now, whenever he gets a new borker in training, I end up teaching them about options and shorting.

I use ML because I got the flat rate on the commissions, but they don't have online options trades yet so I still talk to the guy. I just find it amazing that ML is still touting this investment strategy.
