Singapore Pac Century Regional Directors In Reshuffle January 18, 2002 Dow Jones Newswires HONG KONG -- Singapore-listed Pacific Century Regional Development Ltd. (P.PCR), the parent of Pacific Century CyberWorks Ltd. (PCW), said Saturday directors Francis Yuen, Peter To, Andrew Yang and Nicholas Colfer are to leave the board. Michael Moir and Robin Nicholson are joining as directors. This is "part of a reorganization of board responsibilities within the Pacific Century Group," the company said in a statement.
