Triathlete sets new personal record
04/7/1997
I would be happy to give my little testimonial.

In October 6, 1996, I wound up the Triathlon season with the Santa Cruz Sentinel Triathlon. The next day I started on the Zone diet. At the time, I weighed about 105 lbs and felt I had the potential to be much stronger, but was never sure how. On the off-season I always try some form of new technology, and this was the avenue chosen for the winter of '96.

5.5 months later, my calculations determine that I have converted 7-8 lbs of body fat to lean muscle mass. My weight is actually 97 lbs, but 85 of it looks to be Lean Muscle. I was amazed, on February 9th, when I turned in a new 10K personal record, at 50 years of age. Good enough to win the division. I am looking forward to the upcoming season of competition.

Lynne F.-K.

P.S. I use 12 blocks per day. My previous protein intake was too low; about 35 grams of protein per day.
