We could just shoot them on the spot when they are captured, but that's not humane.

It's much more humane to pull fingernails and such until you get your questions answered and then shoot them.

Thank you, CB. You make all this legalize so much more understandable..one thing that is not clear is:

If Lindh renounced his US citizenship, then he could not be a traitor, right? Because the US would not be his country.

What would he be considered, and what court would he be tried in, in that situation? Would he be a thug, as the others, or would his be a special situation?
