New York, Jan. 25 (Bloomberg) -- U.S. computer and communications-equipment stocks fell after companies including JDS Uniphase Corp., PeopleSoft Inc. and VeriSign Inc. suggested they are not yet seeing a rebound in demand. (No kidding) ``Just leave these companies alone,'' said Mark Beale, who helps to oversee about $150 million in U.S. shares at New Star Asset Management in London. ``I wouldn't buy any stock where they are uncertain about the recovery.'' aye laddie. Well, got out of TYC at the right time. Out at 56 or so about three or four weeks ago. I almost bought more and forgot and lucked out because I probably would have placed a market order and gotten filled at 52 or so on Tuesday. Played the SBUX turn two months ago and am riding the wave for the present. MIssed so many better opportunities though. JDSU on the swings could have been profitable several times. An acquaintance works for CHBS (nice return last year). Sge never bought it and I should have known about it because of my experience with CHS.If JAKK gets under 18 I think I'll buy some. I think I'll look into puts on HDI and KKD..I don't even know if kKD has options.
