"The problem arises when it (being part of the GOB network) is the only way or primary way to start a business or keep a business going"

Since it is not the only way (or even a common way) to start a business, then you should agree that it is NOT a problem.

"The SBA is important because even when a person is motivated and willing it is not possible to penetrate the GOB network and receive the type of assistance necessary to succeed"

A major difference between you an me (and the dems and repubs) is that you believe it is impossible to succeed on your own. I gaurantee you that it is not, and if your message was genuine you would encourage the people you are concerned about instead of belittling them. Because you (and the dem party) do this, I must conclude that it is not thier best interests you have in mind.

"The GOB tends to be different in different cities and often requires joining the correct golf course, bowling league, or religious organization"

Then I am not in the GOB, nor do I know (well) anybody who is. And I have done ok in America as most of the people I know have. You seem to think that anyone who has made it has had it given to them, and the one's who have not made it are just unlucky. Think of living in America as a sporting event or game. You have to compete and practice and improve yourself and you end up at the level that you earn. There are some who are lucky and some who are unlucky, but for the most part you reap what you sew. You want to reap what other's have sewn, and that is a WEAK personality trait imo.
