You can beleive whatever you want, but numbers are numbers and they cannot lie and we spend more than an order of magnitude than China, we have more Nuclear firepower on one boomer than they have in their whole nation and we can launch an attack on them today, and they can have at best a limited response. If they are real threat then we need to budget 40 trillion to get ready?
