Steve,

If you get a chance, take a look at ACTM, a former player in the ecm business. The ceo, PINO held about 5 million shares and the company recently went chapter 11. The shares were selling at about $75.00 when it peaked before the cutback in business. That's over a quarter billion that he lost. In a nutshell, he decided to fund expansion with debt instead of issuance of addiitonal shares because he didn't want to dilute his "controlling interest" in the company....he'll be able to paper his casket with those share certificates now...
