That extra $48 billion in the defense budget.. some will go to repairing living quarters that have been left to rot in the last 8 years. You want our people to live in less than ghetto conditions? Some will go to building the next generation of cruise missiles. Like they said in the UK paper we are out of the old generation so we can't attack Iraq.
