In terms of stock performance, all you need to know is this --- The buy-side guys are pissed off! The theme now is sell quickly, figure out the answer to the zillion questions later. Even Bristol doesn't know what to do!

I have no position in this stock, and its fun to debate, BUT all you have to do is ask yourself one question: Is it embarassing for a portfolio manager to hold IMCL after all thats occurred? Not only is it embarassing, it could be grounds for dismissal. I see this stock going to $5 real shortly....Just my opinion.

Heres another question: Do you think any companies are gonna do a deal with IMCL after they pulled the wool over Bristol's eyes? They couldn't seal a deal with Enron right now.

Gw, you are contradicting yourself or at least not clear:

"BTW, I think it is reasonable to believe that an FDA employee is the more probable source of any leak. Does not mean that the source was not the company, just that the FDA can't be excluded."

from "more probable" to "just can't be excluded"

If you mean "more probable" You are wrong, FDA is the least probable source, they knew about it for months and nothing escape.

Your theory about "good guys" is wrong cause, they already SERVE the public sending Erbitux back to the drawing table.

Why are they going to expose themselves for nothing? WS? If there is something an FDA official knows is that they must be good to keep even their garbage can from WS.

Look no one "leak" the document until it was in the company hands for many days.

One thing the charm antisocials like Sam do all the time is to humilliate people when they do not serve their immediate needs anymore, they have full disregard for anyones contributions, and they create resentment alone the line, over years. Only one is needed for revenge.
