Your thirdeye isn't too helpful with your head in the ground.

Even Congress wouldn't allow Enron that exemption that would have enabled the government to monitor the situation, and take action before the meltdown.

You are right, the proof of corruption is not there. But there is a definite act of preferential treatment here, that warrants investigation.

As for the SEC chairman being a lawyer who represented big accounting firms, I think that is excellent qualifications for the position. What do you propose, putting in a plumber? LOL!
