heh, take it and run. you're going to score a touchdown with all your anecdotal stories. they are so uplifting and inspiring. you sir, are the one who runs from the facts and when you can't debate me on the facts alone, you need to switch to touchy feel good stories about obstacle course athletes and the like. ok, ok, ok. i'll trade you one anecdote. you know that beautiful, sexy, blonde elisabeth on the second survivor show? she's an athlete. i do say, she looked pretty damn healthy to me. she said her favorite breakfast is eggs--one of the best foods on the planet. too bad dipshit barry sears tries to spook people away from egg yolks--which are the most nutritious part of an egg. next time you go to a restaurant you would be better off asking for an extra egg-yolk omelette rather than an egg white omelette.
