gut reaction, I knew Qcom was going to blow last night, and everyone knew it. Everyone also knew JDSU, GTWY were not going to be good. Qcom was not nearly as bad as been in be expected, so I figured Short covering would commense. Also high bearish level in Rydex, and need for month end. I think MM were waiting for earning to end to ramp. IMHO

Ive traded that stock for 3 years, its probably one of the toughest cause no one understands the business modell. As a rule bad earnings at Qcom get priced in and bought. Qcom liscencing revenue alwasy provides a net, so things are never really that bad. Flat growth YOY is a bad year.
