Thanks for the accounting lesson. -g- I certainly wasn't touting KM as investment material. All you have to do is step into one of their stores to realize why they are going under.

And the land-lords will be left holding the bag.

Hence it makes sense to declare, while AMZN can continue to be an operating bankruptcy as long as people are willing to hold that debt.
