If the RAMS lose all the talk will be of irony, tragedy, upset, and "shocked surprise" because everyone knows that the RAMS are the best team of this year, and the last three years for that matter.<< actually, the REAL talk will be whether the REAL MVP can take the eagles to the superbowl. who cares what the mindless masses spew. a reasonable person (eagles included!) doesn't know jack about the rams in high level games. as i said, they haven't dominated butkis when it counts. a lame call/rule bailed them out of a loss against tampa bay. they were 1 yard, better timeout management or 15 seconds from losing the single superbowl they have. wild card exit last year. the rams were the best team DURING THE REGULAR SEASON. they psyched out favre on a bad day. this is a different ballgame and the rams have to earn it - if they CAN'T, it is b/c they weren't the best - especially losing AT HOME! hype doesn't score touchdowns and can't take a hit. ram media is already complaining about the HEAT the eagles will bring at warner. wah, wah! this ain't touch football, here. but, we haven't gotten there... yet... ;-)
