If those three Naz numbers close very close to 100, it'll be a short signal. There is, however, always the danger that the numbers can linger at extremes during breakouts. So there could always be a breakout to the upside, no matter how overbought the CI's indicate the market is. So the signal could be just another misleading signal. Who knows? In speculation, it's all gambling, or vice versa.
