I myself am a buyer again on the next step down.

Watch out. It's riding the Fidelity train with 10% ownership. It looks like some of riders may be getting off rightly or wrongly. Fidelity got out of RMBS before the big pop upwards with booked profits but didn't have to worry about the ride down.
