The biggest reason is the tax cut." He spoke the truth. If CBO says 45% of the cause is the tax cut, what percentage is attributable to the recession and war effort?
EXCUSES, EXCUSES, EXCUSES! Republicans always have lots of excuses for the Reagan deficits, the Bush deficits etc. I just prefer the peace and prosperity we had under Clinton and the Democrats.
