I see 5300 in the big S&P offset by about 1000 (adjusted) in the emini, and about -1000 NDX offset by about +3000 in the NDX mini. 4300 net spx, 2000 net NDX...nah, not a big deal. Moreover, the markets have moved up some since Wednesday's close. When you net it all out, I doubt it means anything as of today.

I recall Heinz pointing out that the COT is so widely followed these days that perhaps "they" must disguise their designs.

Maybe they are covering some futures and playing rydex bear funds and that is why the rydex numbers look so odd.
