The details are to be kept lock from the public cause it is fair for the people that allegedly committed wrongdoing and maybe crimes and are presumed inocent until proven otherwise.

SEC jumps in, Congress jumps in, it is not a surprise that the FBI and Justice are jumping in. Blind ones did not believe what was obvious: a gross insider trading crime.

The company must provided investors with the information about Justice and they did on time for everyone to know fairly at the same time, too bad they did not did the same with the FDA info.

They really do keep a lid on stuff. PLMD was raided by the FBI in August...200 agents swarmed the place in a surprise raid...confiscated documents looking for Medicare fraud...the stock dropped below 10. Since then, narry a peep from the FBI, but despite no good news and an announcement the SEC was also investigating...the stock climbs back above 20....strange.
On this IMCL puppy, I was looking at it as a possible bargain till I hit the NYT peice posted earlier in this thread. Mucho thanks to the poster. Here's a URL: nytimes.com
That article swung the balance scale to the *NO WAY* reading like dropping safe on it.
