Most TA folks are quick to point out that they want to see a low retested successfully in order to confidently proclaim a bottom. Things do resemble the April low/May high as Zeev points out. V bottom with a violent reflex rally followed by complacency (vix declining on lower highs) and extreme sentiment (investor polls have bearish sentiment at an all time low).
