John - You wrote And McMannis, a couple of months ago on the AMD thread, was saying Nvidia was going to be AMD's savior. Put them over the top v. Intel. Go figure. McMannis - isn't he the fellow that keeps changing his mind on AMD and Intel? M

As it turns out...AMD was already cooked before the nForce (which was delayed). With no christmas boxes where was the nforce supposed to go? Intel sewed them up. nForce is OK now after suffering from a little timnaitis. Biggest prob;em I see is the cost...not to mention few OEM takers. When nVidia gets real about the prices then maybe. Jim
