The Enron Saga continues and Its becoming more like a Grisham novel each day. I have a hunch that the exec. we heard who took his own life was really murdered by some professionals (not sure if that will come out for quite some time)...The stakes are SO HIGH with this case...This former Vice Chairman of the company most likely KNEW EVERYTHING (including all that was illegal about the offshore partnerships)...he also probably had some dirt on Lay, Fastow and Skilling & the company's tight political connections...Connect the dots. Maybe I'm just speculating but often my gut feelings are right.

IMO, The Justice Department should have The FBI investigate 'this suicide' in a very thorough and comprehensive way. Nothing should be taken for granted.
