Shootie, can't you take too much melatonin? Is there a "correct" dose? And can diabetics take it? (I am thinking of my nephew here.)

I tried the Melatonin for a year in various doses and it didn't help.

I've never used an electric blanket, just a sheet and a light blanket. I also have a small fan going for air circulation and white noise.

Where do you get Melatonin, Dr. Shootie? I've been having trouble staying asleep too...and wake up with some beauts of nightmares....Was staying with a sister last night, and woke up when the neighbors back garage caught fire, and caused all the houses around it to have sparks...(Wherever I was....the "neighbors" I dreamed weren't in the same area as her house...)

Turns out her heat went on at the same time I woke up....
