Hi Ray:

You wrote: >>Spoken like a very young person<<

Well, age is relative, but as you can see from my profile I am 44. I do not consider myself to be "very young."

You're quite right, of course, there are circumstances in which suicide can be a rational act. I should have been more careful in my statement. My intent was to state that suicide is not a rational act for a (relatively) young person in apparent good health.

Your assertion that the Sugarland police investigation was "extraordinarily lax" is totally unwarranted. What do you know about the investigation, other than what you have learned from newspaper reports? Are you professionally qualified - i.e. a criminologist, a police detective, a forensic pathologist - to make this kind of judgement? If you are not, then your attempt to link this to Vince Foster's suicide and your implication ("the playbook of the last Administration") that there was foul play involved, put you firmly in the black helicopter crowd, imho.
