The RBOCs killed the nascent ILECs in the US under the complacent eyes of the US government and no one is saying anything. People who invested in those companies lost their shirts. We hear nothing about that.

When one survey the landscape, one have to look under every single stone. Not just seeing a big Inselberg and start saying: "That's it."

ENE is just an Inselberg. But look under the small stones, there is collusion between government and established businesses everywhere.

I repeat: ENE is under the spotlight just because it didn't suceeded!
