I doubt if even Russia's pr machine could revise history that much. Intel won't acknowledge 86-64 is a good idea until Both McKinley fails and Hammer takes off. By then it will bo too late for even Intel to change history.

AMD is an innovator but for some dumb reason they shun the role...<<<<<<<<<

Jerry has never been bashful about bragging. Some people insist upon crediting Intel with everything, including the sun rising in the east. However the passage of time can change everything.

It was interesting that on Wall Street Week, the guest, I believe his name was Brandon, a value fund manager, mentioned that he never invests in technology because todays leaders, if they miss one step and fall behind on technology, can be also rans in a hurry, like Lucent. He should have added Intel, because Intel is in danger of missing 2 steps in a row.
