How would you explain the existence of his suicide note What if J.Cliff Baxter was persuaded that the best thing for his family would be for him to go. GO! I just wonder because of all the sleezebags turning up it seems like his early resignation plus protests indicate he had the least to fear from formal prosecution than any of the Enron elite. If it was a suicide, it may have been strongly suggested. I hope we hear of phone and contact records shortly. TP
