The PopUp Killer from CNET will kill any Netscape window you try to open after you activate it. So if you want, say, 3 browser windows going, you need to open them, then activate the popup killer.

NoAds
pool-man.com
allows you to select which windows you kill. Two ptoblems with it:
1. The ad has to come up once. Then you open NoAds, click update, select the ad in the NoAds window, and click "Add to targets."
2. If the fleabag who built the ad was smart enough to name it "Netscape", you can't kill it without killing any new Netscape windows- -including the browser you try to open the next time you start your computer to go cruisin'.

I don't know what happens with Bill's barfbag. I never use it.
