Oh, I see the base closings in 1991 contibuted to the Bush recession in 1991, now I get it? And the this recession is Clinton's and the sudden readiness in the military is Bush II's,now everything is clear. And total fiscal mismanagement and massive deficit coming is Clinton's fault as well. Clear objective thinking on your part.
