He was saying,

I tried to answer him but I'll make no claim on the $50. He ignored my reply or missed it. It was a BAD analogy. I checked with my sister-in-law who is the Director of Religious Education at a Catholic parish and she states Jesus was an ethnic Jew, raised a religious Jew and taught what could be best described as Reform for Jews.
