If NXTL is trading in the mid-teens (or bought for that price) by August, my calls and bonds will be worth several thousand dollars more than they are worth right now.

At current prices, I would lose a very small amount of capital in the calls and still have roughly the current value in the bonds. I like the risk/reward ratio.
