it would be a terrible wife and kids who would prefer he commit suicide. i think if he committed suicide he did it for himself despite the harm the suicide did to his wife and kids. perhaps he was being blackmailed if he came forward against Lay, Cheney, W, or whomever. He may have felt he was between a rock and a hard place. He may have been murdered.
