Pete, SOunds valid. They take the minimum time for each stage and jump that wafer to the head of the line for all follow on processing. I assume they can jump from one type of wafer to another rapidly??

The only way to get faster it only to burn 20 dice on the wafer to cut down on exposure times? I have no idea how long the exposure time is. If it is a quick flash and the stepper can expose the whole wafer in 150 seconds, there is not much point in that small saving, so they will make full wafers.

Thanks.

Bill
