Wrong guy. It was Jim "Fort Worthless" Wright, the book royalties thief. Newt ran "Worthless" out of the House, and Tony Coelho read the writing on the wall and flowed out, in the same sewer pipe he had arrived from. Rosty stayed around, and wound up in prison. Criminals-in-charge of the Democratic Party may have reached a pinnacle with William the Bastard, but it certainly didn't begin with him...
