Paul V,
You said: "I agree with Jacob, and Tito that that if Orders continue to move up AMAt will move up
quickly."

Yes, no matter how many "unbelievers" who wanted to keep AMAT prices down to conform to their valuation measurements, there will always be more people smart enough to continue buying AMAT as the BTB gets higher and higher. That has always been the case since I've first known AMAT during the 70s.

Thanks for the list of AMAT monthly HI/LOs, hope you continue compiling them and posting them. a few days ago I mentioned about 72 as AMAT's favorite price to begin a Landing phase. There in your list are 2 Landings: --- the first one from May to Jun 1997 (MAY'97 53.50-72 ... to ... JU'97 57.5625-74.625) and the second one from Feb to Jun 1999 (FEB'99 55.3125-71.625 ... to ... JUNE'99 53.50-75). Should the Landing this time be at 72 again (in Feb, Mar, APR --- I don't know) --- I won't be surprised.

In my more than 20 years watching AMAT I've learned some Habits (history repeated in some way) of AMAT that sometimes I ignore ( Oh, it won't happen this time because of this and rhis ...) --- much to my regret. The Bottom was 21.75 in 1996 and then 21.63 in 1998 and then 26.59 last year --- only 5 dollars more than the other two?

AMAT indeed has some kind of Spell or Charm that someone like me could not resist. Now I've developed a Habit of Buying near its Bottom. What I'd like to acquire now is the Habit to Sell All near the Top --- then wait for the Bottom again
