Yes, because the paid touts buy recommendations are still on XYBR's web site which still misleads people into thinking that it is credible, unbias information.

Especially the one from access1financial which had a criminal disbarred attorney and conman Regis Possino behind the promotion.

Which has never been disclosed by the company.

I am sure they knew because when Newman received his copy via fax he has to see the "Corporate Financial Enterprises" fax cover sheet.

Bergman said he was not paid for the report. Did Regis Possino get paid?
