I would hope customers realize that, just as Sun benefited disproportionately during the dot-com boom, they've been hurt disproportionately during the reversal. That doesn't mean the underlying business isn't here for keeps. JMHO. Charles Tutt (TM)

Interesting that the market took the Gerstner announcement so negatively. You had to be in a coma not to know this was going to happen. There was even a preliminary hint a few weeks back when Larry Ricciardi announced he was retiring and named Ed Lineen the top lawyer. Ricciardi was always Lou's closest executive over the years so his leaving certainly should have sent some kind of signal. Anyway, this will recover sometime in the Spring.
