Well, no chips from 300mm wafers have been sold yet - at least according to the rumors I hear - so the volume is very, very low so far.

If none have been sold then the volume is zero. My statement was Intel is in production, meaning they were in the fab being processed by the end of Q4 with the intent to be sold as revenue material, according to Intel. How many wafers per week? I don't know but 100 300mm wafers is like 240 200mm wafers. The real volume will ramp in 2003 but whatever it is now it's a start.
