Bosquedog, The piracy link helps. It's probably no coincidence that the prices on eBay are considerable higher than ones I found on other sites. Microsoft monitors all eBay sites and conducts searches daily to identify those auctions suspected of offering counterfeit or infringing software. eBay is notified of the suspect auction and Microsoft will request that the auction be terminated within 24 hours. I also noticed that some of the cheapest offers on Yahoo were closed prematurely. Unfortunately, seems the too good to be true offers are probably counterfeit. Esteban
