Hey speedy - That house of cards statement in that post on RB reminds me of this joke

Enron Venture Capitalism - You have two cows. You sell three of them to your publicly listed company, using letters of credit opened by your brother-in-law at the bank, then execute a debt/equity swap with an associated general offer so that you get all four cows back, with a tax exemption for five cows. The milk rights of the six cows are transferred via an intermediary to a Cayman Island company secretly owned by the majority shareholder who sells the rights to all seven cows back to your listed company. The annual report says the company owns eight cows, with an option on one more.

An awesome article - I continue to move to wrds a middle of the road investor - trader - I am more cynical in life and in the markets - Funny enough of all of this I am spending less time in the markets and with parents and my children and wife of course but nonetheless not the ultimate BULL -

I mean if wanted to go long only they certainly can find enuff opps to do that but BGII which I am short on again for the second time is a great case.

I think after only 5 years trading I am so much more willing to see the down side - I have seeen so much carnage - Maybe now ( and I know this one is close to you) the Bre-x thing will no longer be considered the biggest scam in North America. It was bad - it was awful and it was criminal but Enron dwarfs in every aspect.

Anthony - Great work my friend if only you could expose them all. I too have tried

this is my puppy
