Joey: They leave a piece out, intentionally. It's inspector #17. He's a nasty noodnick who got no nookie. So he took it out on us. He alone is the reason that so many puzzle-do'ers throughout these contiguous 48 are now in institutions with locked door and barred windows. How do you think "One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest" got written. Ken Kesey couldn't find that last piece. And he looked hard, for 40 days and 40 nights. He found the 10 commandments; he found Amelia Aerhart, he found Judge Crater, the Titanic and The Dead Sea Scrolls. But the last puzzle piece? Nope.
