Carolyn; Pinched nerves in stereo!!! I had a disc collapse in my lower back and it hurts all the way around to the outside of my hip. A week later something went blooey in my neck irritating a nerve that goes down the outside of my left arm. I don't think a broken screw or fusion would cause this, so it may be another bone spur. Why this stuff hurts more when I lay down to go to sleep is a mystery, because the next day when I make up my mind to head to the doctor the pain seems to subside. I'm like the fellow with the leaky roof. I can't get up there and fix it in the rain, and when it ain't rainin' it don't leak!
