KB I suspect you & Greenie are bit too bearish overall.

Luckily I exited BZH at 71.5 for a profit before it took off. I did cut back a bit on TOL for a small loss and am holding CTX. I have some nice gains in previous trades so I may be ready to cover to cancel out some of those gains.

Between the monetary stimulus and the LOW energy costs I suspect we are at an inflection point. My feeling is housing will roll over with interest rate increases on the horizon, but the HB sector could be a hiding place for some months.

With Jim_P's apparent forecast of peak OSX valuations in late 2003, I may need to rethink my Jan 03 LEAPS in NE NBR GSF.

KB, in your post to Greenie you mentioned,

>> In any event, you and I have been thinking TOO much alike recently (Osx, builders, retailers). It's a little scary. <<

Now if we can just get him to slow down enough to enjoy the scenery. <g>

Did someone say the Patriots won? Tar and feather me, I slept through the game. Where's my Patriots cap? I feel the need to wear it out in public tonight.
