Bob Woodward is starting his "inside" History of this War in The Washington Post this morning:

Called, "Ten Days in September, Inside the Bush War Cabinet". It will be a series, and too long to post. I have read the first part, and, as usual, he gets everyone to talk to him.

My own opinion is that the only way you have a right to property is if you buy it from the rightful owner, who sells it to you willingly.

If the original occupant of the land does not have a concept of "property rights", what then?
