Being a Raider fan this may be a little biased but instant replay is getting old real fast. Not only are plays being called bad even after the replay but the flow of the game keeps getting killed. For better or worse I think replay needs to go away and the Officials hired as fulltime employee's.
Football is my true love and I am starting to see it going the way of pro-forma earnings.
