Not sure about it really. It's not beyond the total realm of probability, but I doubt AMD is getting the bin splits needed to put out that speed grade any time soon. It could be a cherry picked lot of SOI 130 nm Palomino's that they are testing for the SOI process. Just WAG. As for finding stuff, I just have a knack of coming across information. It's from 18 years of computing and my need to understand things is what has furthered my career in telecommunications of the years. M.
