Tommaso,

Started collecting gold stocks mid 2000. Have no idea what will happen to the metal against the US$ if it breaks. We have history as to what happens to gold when currencies depreciate and certainly is beneficial to the people that hold the metal. My problem right now is what currencies will the US$ depreciate against ... Euro ... Swissy ... Pound ...Yen ... Aussy$ ... Canadian$ or all of the above. If these countries decide to take their US$'s home we are in deep trouble.

On the other hand if the American consumer continues to hold up the world IMO they will keep their US$'s here.

Interesting times ahead.

Joan
